COMMISSION INFO

GENERAL TERMS

  • I have the rights to refuse a commission.

  • All commissions are for personal use only. Please contact me if you're interested a commercial commission!

  • Most commissions will be streamed and/or displayed on my social media and my website unless you clarify upon ordering.

TO ORDER

Message my Discord nekiiru or my social media with the following:
+ Commission type
+ Character references
+ Pose & expression request (describe or send ref)
+ Character's personality
+ Extra notes (eg. dont forget small tattoo on wrist)
+ Paypal email
Let me know if you'd like updates on the commission progress or if you want me to surprise you with the final artwork instead!! :3c

PAYMENT

+ All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
+ Invoice will be sent via paypal after discussion and after you provided your email/Paypal address.
+ Please mark the payment as "RECEIVED" in your paypal account when you've received your comms.
+ NO refunds if you cancel the commission. Refunds only apply if I cancel the commission.
+ Commercial type commissions are 2x-3x the total price, rate will increase depending on the scale of project.What counts as commercial use?+ Merch
+ Art made for shops or any business
+ Promotional material
+ YouTube / Twitch assets and having my work on any ad supported sites (commercial prices for emotes are included already)

PROCESS

+ Commissions are usually finished in 1-2 months, some might take more, depending on my schedule.
+ Discussion about what the commissioner wants, this includes giving visual references (character, pose, outfit, colour palette, etc).
+ Sketching process will start after full payment is received.
+ There will be cases where I will sketch before the payment (this happens when I'm unsure if I could deliver what is expected by the comissioner).
+ I will send WIPs (sketch, line art, base colours), feedback is very welcomed at these stage.
+ Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one or two last feedback to tweak little things, NO MAJOR CHANGES :)
+ After everything is approved, I will send the PNG files of the final artwork to the email provided.Rushed commissions are available and are charged 30%-50% depending on the circumstances and the complexity of the commission, and will be done in a week.All WIPs will be watermarkedYou may request up to 2 minor changes after I send the finished piece!

COPYRIGHT and USAGE POLICY

As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
+ Hold every right to the drawing but not the commissioned work (don’t claim it as your own or that you drew it). You may post it with credit.
+ Hold the right to the character if it’s your original character, but not the commission itself.
+Use the art for personal useAs the artist, I'm allowed to:
+ Use the art for professional portfolio and/or online promotion.
+ Post on my social medias (with a clarification that it’s a commission! Please tell me if you don't want it to be posted).
+ If it's a fanart commission piece, I'm allowed to print them as merch.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

  • Commissioner may NOT reproduce or distribute the artwork commercially before discussing it with the artist. You may NOT profit off of it without a discussion.

  • Do NOT take credit for the artwork if you share it.

  • Do NOT erase watermarks from the WIPs and/or the finished artwork.
